Open appointment is a flexible way we provide customers with a specific range e.g. between 1pm-4pm. Customers will be clearly explained that they will be served in the order of arrival or seen within that specific time frame. With time-slot appointments customers will be given available time slots to choose from based on their availability. Wave appointments are used to utilize techniques such as to schedule customers within the first 30 minutes leaving the other 30 minutes for walk-ins. Double booking is the other approach we offer to permit two customers to have the same appointment time slot. This opens a way for customers who have an urgent concern but there is no available time.
